Where are AZRO pieces made?
Every piece is designed in Casablanca and crafted by artisans in Fès, Marrakech and Casablanca.
How long does delivery take?
1–5 working days within Morocco, free of charge.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Morocco.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is coming soon. Until then, contact us for a personal quote.
How do I find my size?
Use our size guide. Our caftans are cut generously; if you are between sizes, choose the smaller one for a tailored fit.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
Yes, for most caftans and djellabas. Allow 3–4 weeks. Get in touch to start.
How do I care for embroidered pieces?
We recommend dry cleaning. Store on a padded hanger, away from direct sunlight, and never iron directly on embroidery.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces.
