2. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative; you pay in MAD.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery within Morocco.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are given in our shipping information and are estimates.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our returns policy.

7. Handmade pieces

Because our pieces are made by hand, small variations in embroidery and colour are part of their character and are not defects.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
