Returns & Exchanges

If a piece is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Made-to-measure and altered pieces cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and the pieces you want to return or exchange.
2. We arrange a free pick-up from your address in Morocco.
3. Once we receive and check the piece, we send your exchange or refund within 5 working days.

Refunds

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or as AZRO store credit, as you prefer.

Exchanges

Need another size? Exchanges for a different size of the same piece are free, subject to availability.
